Eugene Easy Clean Cancellation Policy

At Eugene Easy Clean, we understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation, rescheduling, and late payment policy:

1. Cancellation Timeframe:

  • a. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $40.
  • b. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $75.

2. Rescheduling Timeframe:

  • a. Rescheduling requests made 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will incur a rescheduling fee of $40.
  • b. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a rescheduling fee of $75.

3. Payment and Invoicing:

  • a. All cleaning service fees, including cancellation and rescheduling fees, must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment. Payment can be made through our preferred payment methods, which will be provided to you upon booking.
  • b. Any additional services requested during the cleaning appointment will be invoiced separately and must be settled within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

4. Late Payment Fee:

  • a. Invoices for additional services must be paid within the specified 14-day timeframe. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in a late payment fee of $75 or 10% of the outstanding invoice amount, whichever is greater.

5. Reasons for Cancellation or Rescheduling:

  • a. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be valid reasons for cancellations or rescheduling, such as emergencies or sudden scheduling conflicts. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to adjust fees or reschedule as appropriate.

6. No-Show and Entry Instructions Policy:

  • a. If you fail to show up for your scheduled cleaning appointment without prior notice or fail to provide entry instructions for our team to access your property, you will be considered a “no-show.” In such cases, you will be charged the full amount of the cleaning service, and any prepaid fees will be non-refundable.
  • b. To avoid being considered a no-show, it is essential to ensure that you are present for your scheduled appointment or, if you cannot be present, to provide clear and accurate entry instructions to our team. 7. Communication:
